Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. THESE TERMS

1.1 What these terms cover
These are the terms and conditions on which we deliver our courses and services to you.

1.2 Why you should read them
Please read these terms carefully before confirming your registration. They explain who we are, how we provide our courses/services, how changes or cancellations can be made, and what to do if there is a problem. If you find any mistakes or require changes, please contact us to discuss.

2. INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US

2.1 Who we are
We are a training center accredited by The CPD Certification Service. We specialize in offering training programs in the fields of speech and language, hearing, communication, and various rehabilitation areas, all based on scientific evidence. Our courses/services are offered to students, graduates, and professionals from various Arab countries and beyond. We are a company registered in UK, and Jordan.

2.3 How we may contact you
We may contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp using the details you provided during registration.

2.4 “Writing” includes emails
Whenever we use “writing” or “written,” this includes emails and WhatsApp.

3. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

3.1 How we will confirm your registration
Your registration for a course or service will be confirmed once we send you a written confirmation (via email or WhatsApp). At that point, an agreement comes into effect between you and us.

3.2 If we cannot confirm your registration
If we cannot confirm your registration, we will inform you in writing as soon as reasonably possible, and no fees will be charged. This may happen if the course/service is full, the tutor is unavailable, or due to other unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES

If you would like to make a change to a course or service you have registered for, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.

  • If the change is possible, we will inform you of any adjustments, including changes to fees, and ask you to confirm if you wish to proceed.
  • If the change is not possible or its consequences are unacceptable, you may cancel the registration (see Clause 7 – Ending Your Registration).

5. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES

5.1 Minor changes
We may make minor changes to courses/services:

  • To comply with laws or safety requirements (e.g., change of venue for Health & Safety).
  • To implement minor technical adjustments (e.g., updates to content or materials).
    These changes should not affect the fee. If they do, we will inform you and ask for your agreement.

5.2 More significant changes
We may update these terms or make significant changes to courses/services. You may cancel before the changes take effect and receive a refund for any services not yet delivered.

6. PROVIDING THE COURSES/SERVICES

6.1 Schedule and location
We will inform you of the date, time, and location of your course/service during registration.

6.2 Delays outside our control
If a course/service is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you promptly and take steps to minimize the impact.

  • If the delay is significant, you may cancel your registration and receive a refund or agree to receive a credit for another course/service.

6.3 Payment
All courses/services must be paid in full before the start date using the announced payment methods. No access will be given without full payment. We do not offer deferred or installment payments.

 

 

 

7. YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT

7.1 Ending Your Registration
Your rights to cancel depend on timing and reason:
(a) Course/service misdescription: You may cancel and receive a full/partial refund or a credit to use on another course/service (see Clause 10).
(b) Cancellation due to our actions: See Clause 7.2.
(c) Changing your mind:

  • Cancel up to 14 days before the course/service starts for a refund (subject to deductions).
  • In exceptional circumstances after this period but before the course starts, a refund may be considered at our discretion.
    (d) After the course/service starts or materials received: No refund.
    (e) Other cases where we are not at fault: See Clause 7.5.

7.2 Cancellation Due to Our Actions
You may cancel and receive a full refund if:
(a) We announce a change to the course/service/terms and you do not agree.
(b) There is an error in price or description and you do not wish to proceed.
(c) There is a risk of significant delay beyond our control.
(d) We suspend the course/service for technical reasons.
(e) You have a legal right to cancel due to our fault.

7.3 Exercising Your Right to Change Your Mind 
(a) Before the start: Cancel up to 14 days before the course/service start date for a refund.
(b) Exceptional circumstances: Refund considered at our discretion.
(c) After start or receiving materials: No refund.
All requests must be sent in writing via email or WhatsApp.

7.4 When You Do Not Have the Right
No cancellation or refund is allowed after the course/service has started or materials received, even if the cancellation period is still running.

7.5 Ending Where We Are Not at Fault
Even if we are not at fault and you do not have the right to change your mind; you may end the contract early:

  • A contract is complete when services are delivered and paid for.
  • If ending early, we may deduct a reasonable percentage as compensation for costs incurred.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days via bank transfer.Any bank transfer or payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • Failure to attend, even if paid, does not entitle you to a refund or credit.

8. HOW TO END THE CONTRACT WITH US (INCLUDING IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND)

  1. Notify us that you wish to end the contract

To end your registration for a course or service, you must notify us in writing. We accept notifications only via email: training@sunflowerscdc.com or WhatsApp: +962 7 9531 8601

Please include: Your full name, the course or service you have registered for, and any contact details (email/phone).

Once we receive your notification, we will process your request according to our cancellation and refund policies (see Clause 7).

9. OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT

9.1 Ending the contract if you break it
We may end your registration for a course or service at any time by notifying you if:
(a) You do not pay for the course/service when due;
(b) You fail to provide necessary information for us to deliver the course/service within a reasonable time.

If we cancel a course for these reasons, we will try to give you as much notice as possible. We will not be responsible for travel or accommodation costs.

9.2 Refunds
If the contract is ended under Clause 9.1, we will refund any payments made for courses/services not yet provided. No additional compensation will be given. Refunds will be processed within 14 days via bank transfer. Any bank transfer or payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund. 

10. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE COURSE/SERVICE

How to tell us about problems

Please include your name, course/service details, and contact information.

11. PRICE AND PAYMENT

11.1 Course/Service Price
The price of the course/service is as shown during registration. 

11.2 Errors in Price
If a pricing error is detected, we will contact you to confirm instructions before processing your registration. We may cancel the registration and refund any payments made if an error is obvious and could reasonably be recognized as a mispricing.

11.3 Payment Terms
Full payment must be made before the start date using the announced payment methods. No deferred or installment plans are offered.

11.4 Bank Transfer Fees
Any bank transfer or payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

12. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use your personal data:
(a) To provide courses/services;
(b) To process payments;
(c) If agreed, to inform you about similar courses.

Your data will only be shared with third parties if required or allowed by law. 

13. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

13.1 Transferring your place
You may transfer your place to another person only with our written approval, before the course starts.

13.2 Partial invalidity
If any part of this contract is found unlawful, the rest remains in force.

13.3 Delay in enforcement
Any delay in enforcing these terms does not waive our rights to enforce them later.

13.4 Governing law
These terms are governed by Jordanian law, and legal proceedings must be brought in Jordanian courts.

13.5 Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
If you are unhappy with how a complaint is handled, we are open to exploring ADR as an alternative to court proceedings.

13.6 The name Sunflowers Training and its associated logos are registered trademarks, protected under the Jordanian Trademarks Law of 1952 and its amendments. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of the name or logo in any form is strictly prohibited and may result in legal liability under Jordanian law.

 

13.7 Intellectual Property and Course Materials

 

All course materials provided by Sunflowers Training are the intellectual property of Sunflowers Training. These materials may only be used for your personal study as part of the course or service for which you are registered. Sharing, distributing, selling, or making the materials available to any person not registered for the course/service is strictly prohibited. All rights, including copyright and any scientific or educational content, remain the exclusive property of Sunflowers Training. All contents are protected under the Jordanian Copyright Protection Law of 1992 and its amendments.
